    Monday 26th July



    Breakfast
    Apple
    Mullerlight choc sprinkles, frozen
    1 alpen choc bar hexb
    Five rashers bacon, fat removed
    Sliced new potatoes
    1 egg
    2 thin sausages - (4 syns)
    (all in fry light)

    Lunch
    Batchelors chicken rice mixed with iceland Chargrilled chicken
    Cucumber, tomato, lettuce, carrot
    Sweetcorn
    Apple

    Dinner
    Garlic roast potatoes (in fry light) chopped and topped with 42g melted low fat
    cheddar hexa
    Sweetcorn
    Cottage cheese
    Mullerlight
    Alpen choc cereal bar hexb

    Snacks

    1 cookie - (3.5 syns)
    2 splashes milk for tea - (1 syn)


    Total Syns:
    8.5

    Am very pleased with today

    Tuesday 27th July

    Breakfast
    3 laughing cow extra light (part of hexa)
    1 weetabix and 3 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (hexb)
    150ml semi skimmed milk (3.5 syns)
    Grapes

    Lunch
    Left over garlic roasts chopped and mixed with lean, Bacon a Chicken breast, Lettuce, Spring onion, Cucumber, wholegrain tomato Pasta and sauce (made with water)
    Fromage frais mixed with low sugar jelly crystals (2syns) to make a blancmange, (didnt eat all this but may do later :D) with 1 mini meringe sprinkled on top (1 syn)

    Dinner
    Lasagne made with quorn, onions, pasatta, spinach, oxo cube, lasagne sheets, topping made with 3 laughing cow extra light triangle (rest of hexa) and some cottage cheese topped with 20g low fat cheese (2.5 syns)
    Wasnt keen on the lasagne so i had the rest of the chips with some egg and lean bacon, in fry light.
    (god i love sw :))

    4 mcdonalds chicken mcnuggets (6 syns)
    tuna sandwich made with 2 slices wholemeal from 400g loaf (hexb)
    1 tablespoon lighter than light mayo (0.5 syns)
    Apple

    Dinner
    A whole, yes whole, LARGE dominos pepperoni passion, AND a whole, yes, again, whole tub of haagan daz strawberry cheesecake ice cream! :eek:

    Oh dear god!! That hurt me to write it!! Not sure what came over me!!!

    Thursday 29th July

    1 x alpen choc bar (part of hexb)

    Lunch
    Batchelors beef rice
    Asda hot and spicy chicken breast
    large mixed salad

    Dinner
    2 asda smoked gammon rounds (2syns)
    Homemade potato wedges with garlic and herbs topped with 42g low fat cheddar (hexa)
    Sweetcorn
    Alpen choc bar (other part of hexb)



    Snacks
    Vanilla mullerlight
    milk for tea (2 syns)

    Batchelors tomato onion and herb pasta and sauce with 2 x laughing cow extra light melted in (part of hexa)

    Dinner
    200g lean steak mince (2 syns) made into a burger and filled with 1 laughing cow extra light (part of hexa)

    Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower in a cheese sauce made with 3 laughing cow extra light (rest of hexa)
    Creme brulee made with fat free yoghurt, mixed with options white choc sachet (2.5 syns) topped with 1 tsp caster sugar (1 syn) with a mini meringe (1 syn)

    I stayed at my mils and she had nothing that i could realy have so splased out!! Had my tea before i went and did not anticipate having any cravings but i did!!

    Hi Babymini,

    Well done on getting back on track after the Dominos and Haagen night! Sometimes I find it helps to now the syns values for when we go mental. It really helps me see what ive actually done. Do you know what I mean? Helps me think twice the next time. So work it out and see, might be beneficial :)

    Hi Babymimi, just been having a nose through your menus...
    Dominos are evil I agree, yet so easy to do if you can't be bothered to cook!!
    Just thinking, I know you said you don't like veg or salad much but on EE you are supposed to have 1/3 of your meal as SF veg. I know I'm guilty as anyone for not doing it all the time, but thinking maybe you should try and have a bit more fruit as snacks to make up for it?

    Hi Guys, havent posted for a few days as been busy. Start from today as last few days havent been brill and cant remember what ive eaten!

    Saturday 7th August

    batchelors pasta and sauce cheese leek and ham (2 syns) made with water
    Asda hot and spicy chicken


    Dinner
    extra lean mince beef made into burgers with seasoning, bacon, 57g wholemeal roll (hexb) 42g low fat cheese (hexa)
    Home made potato wedges
    Large mixed leaf salad, cucumber, sweetcorn
    Fat free vinegrette
