Tuesday 27th July

Breakfast
3 laughing cow extra light (part of hexa)
1 weetabix and 3 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (hexb)
150ml semi skimmed milk (3.5 syns)
Grapes

Lunch
Left over garlic roasts chopped and mixed with lean, Bacon a Chicken breast, Lettuce, Spring onion, Cucumber, wholegrain tomato Pasta and sauce (made with water)
Fromage frais mixed with low sugar jelly crystals (2syns) to make a blancmange, (didnt eat all this but may do later :D) with 1 mini meringe sprinkled on top (1 syn)

Dinner
Lasagne made with quorn, onions, pasatta, spinach, oxo cube, lasagne sheets, topping made with 3 laughing cow extra light triangle (rest of hexa) and some cottage cheese topped with 20g low fat cheese (2.5 syns)
Wasnt keen on the lasagne so i had the rest of the chips with some egg and lean bacon, in fry light.
(god i love sw :))

Well done on getting back on track after the Dominos and Haagen night! Sometimes I find it helps to now the syns values for when we go mental. It really helps me see what ive actually done. Do you know what I mean? Helps me think twice the next time. So work it out and see, might be beneficial :)

I did try to look for syns for dominos on sw site but couldnt find them, any ideas how much one slice of pepperoni passion is then i can work it out from there

Hi Babymimi, just been having a nose through your menus...
Dominos are evil I agree, yet so easy to do if you can't be bothered to cook!!
Just thinking, I know you said you don't like veg or salad much but on EE you are supposed to have 1/3 of your meal as SF veg. I know I'm guilty as anyone for not doing it all the time, but thinking maybe you should try and have a bit more fruit as snacks to make up for it?
