i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !

when i did ww i found it really hard to stay on track while babysitting , i resorted to drinking endless amounts of tea. I was babysitttting tonight and was really surprised how easier sw is to stick to . made savoury rice to take and and had crunchie , while there i had a couple of satsumas, and hadful of grapes and apple. On ww this ould have been a nightmare. lucky for me i like fruit :D

I'm glad you found it easier on SW :) I love this plan because you can eat and don't go hungry. It's fab!
