Bachelors golden savoury rice?

Hi everyone this is my first post I have recently started slimming world after doing the Dukan diet for a week.I haven't joined a club as can't afford to at the moment but bought all the books etc so what I'm wondering is are bachelors savoury rice sin free on green days?
