Bachelors slim a soup

Could someone please look up the following for me

chicken and leek
chicken
golden veg

found some in the back of the cupboard that are still in date and cant afford to throw anything out now pennies are going to be vital

also if possible could someone who shops in aldi let me know which packets of soup noodles pasta in packs etc like mugshots are free or the lowest syns...im going to have to plan my shopping more carefully from now on and not make any more mistakes as i wont be able to chuck them like i have been doing if its the wrong thing...have had to chuck yoghurt, low fat cheese and all sorts as i didnt buy the right ones!!! At,least i will have more time to plan shop cook and keep the house clean

unfortunately I can't help you with your Aldi query as we don't have any in Northern Ireland

Thank you are these the slim a soups or the reg soup values though? Seem high?

All pre made soups be it packets tins or fresh are really high and don't have any free food allowance so they are all 1 syn per 20 calories

Some cartons and tins can be used as hex b but only 300ml so half the carton/tin
