Hi everyone i am back today after having 2wks off the diet, i have managed to lose 3lb in that time so i am happy enough with that because i did think i would gain back all that i lost. Anyway heres to a great day 1 for me and a great day whatever you are on for everyone

Congratulations on the loss whilst off plan
I just wondered what you'd been having whilst not on CD
I go to Spain in 2 weeks time to visit my dad and although he eats healthily I'm worried I may gain weight whilst I'm there - I'd be so happy with a STS week
Any tips
