Have been off the forum, as went to Cornwall to travel to the New Forest with my family for a Wedding. I refed for the occaision and was pretty careful not to overdo the food etc (even though Lynn, the brides Mum is a legendary host!)
Danced my legs off, which might have helped.
I'm staying on chicken/fish and salad this week, coz on Friday I'm flying to Dublin for a reunion with 7 other girls that I did nurse training with 1972-1975.
I havn't seen one of them for 33 years!!
I saw some of them about 12 yrs ago and see two of them all the time, so we'll all have lots of catching up to do.
I will eat and drink, (but again, not go mad,) then restart on Monday the 20th until Christmas.
I've missed my "fix" of Minimins and am glad to be back, checking on what's happening.
The delayed weigh in will be Friday morning, before I go to the airport, fingers crossed!!
