Back Again!! 4 years Later

Im back.....so i got diwn to 12 stone exactly about 4 years ago and actually only gained 2 stone in that time but have since lost 1.5stone of it so Im currently at 12.6

That said at 5ft 5 12 stone still was slightly too much so I am now determined to get into the 10's - famous last words!!

Im not sure just yet what diet or how I am going to do it but as of tomorrow, by hook or by crook....I WILL DO THIS !
