Back again after a break from slimming world

Hi all,

Rejoined my local slimming world group but can't get that motivation like the first time around so very low weight loss so far. I know what I need to do but then my brain goes and makes me crave all things I know I shouldn't have. Anyone else struggling?
 
Hello and welcome to minimins, I usually struggle around star week, if it is sweet things you need what about options chocolate drink 2 syns, or 2 finger kit kat 5 syns, good luck with your weight loss journey hun ;) x
 
I'm the same!

its not the lack of motivation that gets me... It's not having a plentiful supply of recipes... Like I get fed up of eating the same things.. I need some inspiration I guess!

Having a coffee with a sweetener helps me sometimes fight off cravings!
