Hi, after a few months away I'm skulking back no lighter than the last time I tried! Decided it's time to do it for good though and look at this as a healthy eating plan rather than a DIET.... Desperately want to look nice for my holiday and wedding abroad next year! So, here it goes... 100th food diary which I'll update everyday. I struggle with 1/3 super free as I'm super fussy but I always try and include some form of super free on my plate. It's a start in the right direction. Any tips/advice/scolding welcome. Need all the help I can get.
