Back again like a boomerang

Hi. I am back again at my heaviest ever and totally fed up with myself. Coming on here for inspiration and support where I can be totally honest and not fear upsetting my nearest and dearest. I know the support I can get on here will help me get back on track in a way that group doesn't as my husband also goes to group so I have to be careful what I say as he is part of the problem I am having at the moment. If I don't love myself how can I expect him to still love me although I know he does

I am a yo.yo dieter , always have been.

It took me 9 years to lose 4.1/2st. I did that and it cannot be taken away.
I always go to weigh in no matter what.. I still get support.
If I had stopped going I would have back to twenty five stone which I was in 1994.
