Back again - tips for SW at home needed!

Ok so I am back on SW from Sunday. I've had yet another break following a bout of illness that knocked me off my feet a bit but now my clothes are starting to get a bit tighter I know it is time to get back into it properly!

The difference this time is that I am not joining a class. I feel like a know the plan inside out and well enough to follow it in my own time. Does anyone who follows the plan at home have any tips? I'm planning on using the scales at Boots on a Friday lunchtime every week as they are much more reliable than the scales at my gym!

In the first instance my goal is to lose 7lbs by 30th June which I think is achieveable. Only problem is that I have a big weekend in London planned for my BFs birthday mid June and I'm sure it will be difficult to keep to plan! After that I'd like to lose another 7lbs by the end of August.

I hope it's going to be easier than the last time!

Hiya! There's a sticky up the top called 'doing sw from home', lots of people on there (myself included) who are doing it from home!
