    im back and ive got a little bit more determination than last time. I really hope i can do it this time as i have 2 weddings and 2 christenings coming up. I know everyone is different but what would you advise is a realistic amount to lose in 9weeks ( i have 6stone in total to lose) and do you all exercise

    Welcome back.. I think you should be able to lose between 18-28lbs if you stick to the plan. I lost 21lbs in my first month so it could even be more than that!

    I didn't start exercising until a month or so into plan. x

    As you say it varies love, but if you are strict, clean and green so to speak I'd agree with Linz.

    Yes I agree, and welcome back.

    Results do vary but sticking to the plan as it is intended helps a lot. Strict, clean and green will give the very best losses.

    Thank you guys, gonna have to really push for greens as i dnt really like them lol
