Just been to get weighed & collect my first weeks shakes for TFR...have put loads of weight back on :cry:
Not looking forward to the next 2-3 days as i know how difficult it is,but i am looking forward to dropping the weight...so here goes!!! lol :) x

Welcome back Caz, you'll be fine on this. Like you say just get those tricky first few days out of the way and you will be flying!

Get glugging that water and don't worry about the weight you've put on, just imagine yourself with the weight off!
