Hey guys. I’ve posted on here before and I think you’re all fab and super helpful so when I decided to do slimming world again I wanted to come back here, for encouragement and to help others really.

My mom and I are doing Slimming World and I’ve been on it for over a week now, but it’s my first weigh in tonight so I’m kinda anxious….. I lost a stone on SW last year but in my first week I’m really nervous cos my clothes don’t feel any looser like… at all L

I have eaten more fruit than ive ever eaten in my whole life the last 10 days and really only had the super slim foods. I can’t use my syns on chocolate or crisps cos I have to do all or nothing so I tend to use it on salad cream or extra milk. So yeah…. I’m scared. That’s it really!

I hope so! I'm a bit apprehensive about getting weighed tonight cos if it's bad news, well im going to a theme park tomorrow and i know i'll binge.
If you think that you might binge tomorrow (if you get disappointing news at WI, that is), why don't you plan NOW what you are going to have tomorrow? Are you going to take a packed lunch with you? What are you going to have? If not, is there somewhere to eat there? Have you checked out the menu?

If you plan today, whilst emotions wont rule your food choices, you will be better prepared for whatever tomorrow might throw at you. If you have a plan in place, you will be more likely to stick to it, no matter what your news tonight.

You never know, with a great loss tonight, you might be running all over the place tomorrow and living on air!!!! :D :D :D
