Hi everyone,
not sure if anyone remembers me from a few months ago but any how... i was rubbish and all my weight has gone back on!
I suppose it was easy using full time work, college and being a mum as an excuse to not have time.... but an excuse is all it was! I am due to start uni in september and i know that will be the next excuse.... if anyone has any motivation going spare i would greatly appreciate it! thanks very much xx

I hope so! I can't go on feeling like this anymore. I'm going out on Saturday with work and they are all so slim and gorgeous and I just look and, more importantly, feel dreadful! I'm doing sw from home as I really don't have time to go to group, wish I did! I know I can do it... just need to keep motivated and strong :(
