Well it went really well, Im very excited to be starting tomorrow. I think I will do extra easy but with not too many carbs mainly because its hard to eat them without added syns - and ill be keeping syns mainly for treats and alcohol (at the weekends). Im just going to read my books and plan my meals for tomorrow. Im on hols next week so cant go to meeting but Im planning on staying on track and going for a great loss over 2 weeks! Oh I have to 5 1/2 lbs to my ticker which is a bummer but if I dont add them it will be no fun taking them off!
