There was hardly anything healthy!:cry:

There was pizza, crisps and cakes and a few fruits.

I had some of the bad stuff and I had fruit and my stomache feels bloated and I'm in so much pain!

Now I know that I've gained, I don't know why, I felt full but I just kept wanting to eat! :cry: What's wrong with me!?

I've never felt so out of control! I'm going to get fat again at this rate! :cry:

If I have 1 lipotrim shake every morning from tomorrow will I be able to lessen the damage? I'm desperate!

Yas , Chill!!!! you are panicing needlessly. can I ask you did you have all your meals and snacks today or did you go to the party hungry ?. I bet what you ate wasnt as bad as you think . Fruit was fine . agood choice and you had to have something to be sociable. Please relax and stop beating yourself up . Tomorrow is another day :D. I wouldnt go back on the shakes though . you are going to have to manage without them some time .

Yep, if you want to, but you don't so just get back to what you were doing or a little higher in cals. Not back to the shakes

No manic exercising to try to mend the damage either.

Oh and take one of these with every meal...without fail ;)

Yasmine, you need to calm down hun, you are doing yourself no favours by being paranoid about everything you eat. I havent gained in the six weeks and some days I over-eat, and over-drink vodka, but just chill on the food front for the next couple of days and it has no adverse affect on the scales what-so-ever.

I weigh myself every morning after my first wee wee, and my official weight is always my second day off work. I range in weight from 9st 12lbs - 10st 3lbs, but on my second day off work, I have been spot on 10st 1lbs.

Carry on eating the way you have been, have whatever you fancy to eat and drink in moderation, but just cut down the next couple of days and you will be fine. Otherwise, if you carry on thinking the way you are you could give yourself some real food phobias and become obsessed by the fact that you are going to be fat with every morsel that passes your lips.

Please please hun, try and relax a little.

Big hugs to you too, you will be fine.

Hi Yas. Hope you are feeling more positive today . just try to get back in to your normal routine today. Got my calorie counting bible 2009 yesterday . going to start posting my menus again today with all the quantities etc .Chin up girl we can do this .

I'm sorry, I know I'm panicking like mad I just can't help it sometimes.

So what should I do? just try and go back to normal? how bad will the damage be though?:(

Thanks, sorry for behaving this way, it's a bad habit :(.

I wish they did have chill pills, I'd have them everyday. Why should I avoid exercise? will that make things worse?

Thanks Mary. I'm still a little worried but I guess I do have to get over it. I've just been so happy with my new body, I don't want to go back ever again.

I'll definetly be cutting back, fricken heck, I never want to see another bleedin' pizza again!

I've got really bad indigestion now, really want to get rid of it.

Yeah thanks, trying to get back, so far so good I guess. My stomache still hurts though, and I really don't want to eat at all today :(

The book is really good, the main flaw is, is that there are too many ready meal foods in there.

Ya , I spotted that and they have a lot of info on foods from Sainsburys, Asda, Somerfields, that we dont have here down south . Ah well we do have Tescos !! . Going to try and do out my menu for today now and will post later.

Good to see you are in better form today yas. Just eat healthily today and hope you dont mind me telling you to chill but you frighten me when you panic. (and some of the others too i think).

I have to remember that I have been on a diet all my adult life and I am used of going up and down a few pounds but this is obviously new to you and after loosing every week on LT . Its bound to be hard for you but give it a few weeks and I bet you will have settled down in to a routine thats right for you.

I wish I was. Ate more chocolate again today, but at least there's no more to get to. I was doing so well until after my dinner, just scoffed more choc.

I had an another emotional breakdown :cry:. I swear, if I've gained 3lb or more I'm going back on LT for 1 week and then start refeed again. That's if my folks give me the money :(

True, but I've never been one to really love myself, being put down for so many years it's kinda hard heh.

I'm always hard on myself because I feel that I have to be a better person and I always end up beating myself up and even start putting myself down as others would.

I know it's bad, but when you've done it for years it's hard to stop. Old habits die hard.

I totally understand that Yas. It's become a pattern of behaviour because it's what you've known.

But you seem to be very aware of what's going on and that awareness is the key. You can't change anything unless you're aware of it. But you CAN change it. You're right it's hard to stop - but it CAN be done. And Yes old habits DO die hard, but they DO die - or, more accurately, can be killed off.

Off the soap box now - sorry - it's something I've had to do myself so it's close to my heart.

Yasmine, if you were my Daughter, I would definitely NOT give you any more money for Lipotrim. Lipotrim has fulfulled its obligation to you, and now its down to you to fulfil the obligation to yourself of a life long healthy eating plan.

Your chocolate is finished now, so you cant snack on that now.
From tomorrow, get yourself back on track and no more snacking. If you feel like snacking, which would take you over your daily calories, just log on here and seek the support from everybody.

Thanks Jan, it pisses me off more you know, because I am fully aware of what I am doing and yet I do it anyway. I've really got to stop.

I guess you're right mary. I just can't bear the fact of gaining weight. I mean you saw how I reacted to 1lb of weight gain. My mum's doing a good job of making me feel worse about it too. There is practically no support at my house. My parents get angry if I lose a lot of weight and if I gain weight they get just as angry.
