I jumped on the scales as soon as I got home! I managed to lose 2lbs whilst away which I am more than pleased with (although I'm going to weigh again tomorrow morning at my lightest for optimum results!) I had lots of protein (ham, chicken, omelettes) and I was concerned I'd eaten too much and came on here panicking!
So thank you all for your help, ONWARDS AND DOWNWARDS!!
