    hi everyone,

    I did ll last year, didnt complete it tot i could do it my self.... well i added the weight back.. am back determined to lose the weight again, this time around finish rtm.. wish me luck guys.:)

    Good luck all you returners. RTM seems to be the key. Stick with t, it's worth every ounce of sweat and tears.
    Not a day goes by when I don't notice something thathas changed for the better since I've been slim.
