BACK ON PLAN!

Hi all
I am BACK ON PLAN today onwards - since coming off plan have gained a total of 6 lbs over about 8 days off plan so need to turn this back around.
Will be visiting the food porn thread to inspire myself further - had a quick peek and tummy rumbling already - LOL!
Will see u all round on here again.....

Good morning and welcome back... I went to WI last night ready for my restart today and I've put on 4 lbs in 3 weeks - not a good sign..

So I've reset all my counters and stats etc and am starting again - this time has to be the one - are we ready for this ????

Thanks - so far so good - survived Tesco so onwards and downwards...
Decided I may chuck in a few Green days here and there from next week onwards (have worked out my menus and bought for them for this week) - maybe do Mon, Wed, Fri Green and the other days Red.... we'll see.... will help finances alot!
