Back on the diet again!!

We've just got back from a last minute trip to Florida;) with DS. Having had a week of pizzas and burgers I was dreading getting back on the scales:eek:.

Big surprise only 1.8kgs up which I managed to get rid of within 5 days following Slimming World. Now I can carry on with my effort to get to 64kgs if possible before the salad season finishes. Salad just isn't the same when it's raining!!

Does anyone have any ideas for winter lunches on red days? I know green days are fine with baked potatoes and noodles, rice and pasta packets but I really struggle on red.

Any help would be appreciated
