    Hi,
Haven't posted in a while, but i am now back on the wagon. Had spent about 6 weeks maintaining easily ( ended up losing too much even with upping HE!) but then i got a bit complacent and have now put on 6lbs over where i want to be.

So back on the wagon i go.

I've been getting a bit complacent as well, and found it hard to get back on track properly after a weekend away last month (I don't weigh, but don't think I've put much / any on - but that can't last no matter how much exercise I do!!)

Anyway - off to Spain in about a month, and started at a nice local Special School where I'll be now 'til the summer holidays, so no more excuses. I have routine, I have time and I have motivation. Now I just need to get on with it.

I have stuck to it Properly (note the capital P) today and am going to do a food diary again too.

Have a wedding in 5 weeks, and the dress i bought was bought at my target weight, and a few pounds over is too big for said dress!!! so good motivation!

I'm kind of okay - just couldn't find the syn value for Patak jalfrezi paste to write it in my diary, so have gone for 5 syns for 1.5 tablespoons. I need my diary at the moment.

    Patak's, Jalfrezi Cooking Sauce, jar, 425g jar 20½ 20½ 20½
But the jalfrezi paste isn't online

Other jarred pastes range from 1.5syn -2syns for a tbsp.
An ambient pack "paste for two" ranges from 7.5-10

    Does that help any?
