back on track after the gain on wed :-)

hi all!
Hi everyone, just thought id pop on and say hello and wish everyone a good week.

I had my 3rd weigh in on wed morning, in which i gained, and could have kicked myself but rather than let it get me really down which i would normally have done when on a diet, i just said ok i can do this!!

Id have been dissapointed if id been good, but honestly over last weekend between food and drink and then bingeing until weigh in on wed, i really was being over generous!

As soon as i saw the damage i knew id be back on track as i dont want to be going up and down and anyway those bingeing i had - didnt even enjoy them tbh! just ended up feeling sluggish, bloated and sick!

Back to tracking everything and lots of fruit, and havent even used weeklies since wed, so hope i have a loss when back on wed :)

Well done for getting back on track :)

Ive pigged out and binged since last night really but know i need to get back on track for WI come Tuesday.
 
Well done for getting back on it, I had a bad week a few weeks ago gained 2.5lbs ... Following week I lost 5.5 ... U can do it!
