Back on track - I love this diet !

    VLCD
    School hols and decided to get back on track. Mucked about since beginning of the year (various reasons!). Lost 5st 7lb last year, maintained for 6 months then spent the 1st half of year see-sawing.
    Well - decided by end of school hols I would be slimmer (put on 2 stones and want to lose it in 7 weeks then get another stone off by Christmas).
    So focussed - I started at weekend ..... and have lost 7lbs already !!!!!!!
    I know what works for me - CAMBRIDGE !
