I've finally got back on track to 100% TFR after being on a sort of a refeed for the month of December. I managed to only put on 5lbs, which I was happy enough with, even though I ate and drank all the worst things imaginable over the Christmas. I learned a lot more about myself and what my triggers are as well. I've made a few attempts to get through a full day on TFR again, and was worried I wouldn't be able to crack it- I found that bit quite tough. But having got day 1 out of the way, I feel much more positive now and in my stride. I'm looking forward to ketosis and the energy that comes with it!
