Back On Track

    Hi All
    I've finally got back on track to 100% TFR after being on a sort of a refeed for the month of December. I managed to only put on 5lbs, which I was happy enough with, even though I ate and drank all the worst things imaginable over the Christmas. I learned a lot more about myself and what my triggers are as well. I've made a few attempts to get through a full day on TFR again, and was worried I wouldn't be able to crack it- I found that bit quite tough. But having got day 1 out of the way, I feel much more positive now and in my stride. I'm looking forward to ketosis and the energy that comes with it!

    Thanks Pudge. Is today your first day back or are you restarting tomorrow? My weigh in day is usually Tuesday, but I'll be restocking my shakes on Friday and weighing in, then weighing in again on Tuesday - as Tuesday is the best day for me. Good luck, will be watching to see how your going.

    no this is day four for me..so far so good!! :D keeping my fingers crossed for a smooth journey, but sure theres bound to be some bumps along the way!!...good luck for your restart and keep busy! xx

    Thanks for the good luck wishes, as you well know, I'm going to need them! Saw on your maintenance diary how well you've been doing with your recovery - fantastic! And you'll be in your jeans in no time when your scar heals. Just think of the summer - it's much closer than you think.

    Thx Suse.......already been trying little dresses on for the summer! Size 12, fitted, tiny straps and actually above the knee:D:D some I haven't even worn cos I got them pre-season and my weight used to fluctuate a bit.....ok sometimes a lot!
