Back refreshed and ready to do it. Slimming world memeber

Hi there. So after my lovely 2 week all inclusive hol I'm back and weigh 8 lb more ?
Had a lovely time and feel happy to have a fresh start. I like that I now don't have pressure of loosing weight before holiday and I can take my time and do it properly.

Joined slimming world again on tues weighing 17st 2lb. First goal is 2.5 to get back in the 16s.

As you may know I struggle with binge eating. But even while being on holiday and putting on quite a bit, iv not had the urge to binge for weeks. This is good for me and I think it is just because iv not put myself under too much pressure with food I'm eating. I feel like I just don't care what people think anymore and it seems to be doing the trick.

Going to upload pics later I want to do this after every half stone to see the difference in myself.

Food planned for today.
2 wholemeal toast with cheese and red onion a and b choice.
Mushroom ham and onion omelette.
Spag Bol with extra lean mince and loads of veg.
Liberte greek yoghurt with strawberry and mini meringues.
Options hot chocs and choc snack a jacks for when I fancy something sweet :)
