BACK TO GROUP LAST NIGHT

well went back to group last night and as expected iv gained 5lbs but iv dealt with it and iv had pretty rough few weeks so im suprised it wasnt more, but im more determined that ever before and i will do it this time and il have that pesky 5lbs off in no time have my whole day planned out and also 2mro so im off to a good start i also stil have 3lbs off from last time i was there which is good too altho i decided to wipe my history and start afresh but i wont be forgetting bout those 3lbs and theyl be stayin on my ticker

I rejoined last night after being away for a good 6 months or so and iv gained the stone i had lost but i thought would be more so im kinda happy!!

I went back to class last night after being missing for a few weeks, whilst I have been dealing with my mum's illness. I have put on 1lb since I last got weighed but I'm not surprised and am deffo not beating myself up about it..
