I joined slimming worl January last year where I was 15stone 6 :cry:Managed to get down to just over 12 stone by september...Well that's when it all went horribly wrong. Totally went off track and have been off ever since! :cry:

I've gained weight (Alot! :eek:) and now weigh 14stone 3!! :cry:

So decided this is spiralling out of control and need to sort it out. I'm doing extra easy which i've not done before so any hints or tips would be appreciated :)

Not going to groups either, will weigh myself at home every monday morning.

Moral support most welcome! xxx

I do the extra easy couldn't believe I was able to lose weight on it after doing red and green days but it does work. Buy the SW mags and try all sorts of meals, I have a proper meal every night ranging from spaghetti bolognese to steak and hassleback potatoes, couldn't believe how much easier it is now and feeling full and satisfied.
Try eating as many superfree as you can at least 3 a day, stay positive you have done it before and most definitely will do it again, good luck with doing it at home but if you do feel your struggling go back to class, you will not get judged just supported, I know how hard it is to go back I've been and left 4 times now, this is my 5th time back and it's the best thing I have ever done :)

I don't tend to do EE either as I love my extra HEx plus I so rarely eat meat its not worth it. My only EE day is Sunday and that's for my roast.

I usually do EE, though sometimes do red and green.

I LOVE EE and only really do Red/Green days by accident! You can do it! :D

Ive never done red or green days only EE which i find is brilliant ... I bought the cook books and magazines so love cooking for myself and the family ... Im now eating so many new things that i "didnt like" before probably because they werent coated in chocolate!! haha so try lots of new things and keep it varied ... will definately help x

Welcome back :) I lost 6 stone and out it all back & more, but Ive already lost 3 1/2 of it again so you can do it! :) Im doing it at home this time too.

Last time I did it they didn't have EE so I did Green as I dont eat much meat. Ive tried EE but I dont really get on with it as I like my HEXes too much. Give EE a shot but if you dont get on with it you can still do Red or Green, dont worry. (Last night I had a Red actually as I had a really big piece of chicken for once and had had cheese and milk HEXes already)

been doing EE for a few days now and must say i have really been enjoying it!

Diets really aren't that bad!

Good luck. I love EE - just me but could never keep up red/green for any length of time, I like that you can have "normal" meals. It's really easy to adapt recipes to fit and it works well with eating out. And as someone else already said its important you keep up with your superfrees. I'm in a similar place. Was 10lb off target and put just under a stone back on since April!
