Back to the 8's...Extra Easy!

So a new fresh thread!

I've got a good stone to lose, am currently 10.3 & really would love to be back in the 9's then the 8's!
I'm 32, 5ft 1 & have three children all under 5.
I've persuaded my mother in law to come I a group with me so hoping to start that next week. I've only ever done sw from home & think actually joining will help to keep me motivated!
I've been fluttering through different diets since I had my last baby 15 months ago & lose a few pounds then put them back on!

Day 1 Going to do green today!

Breakfast

Milk (1a)
1 x toast & tiny bit of butter (1b & 2)
Tomatoes / beans / scrambled eggs / mushrooms
Brown sauce (2)

Lunch

Homemade leek & potato soup (all free)
1 x bread (1b)
Banana / apple

I did have a small handful of chippy chips (15?)

Dinner

Veg stir fry with aldi stir fry sauce (2)
2 x glasses of red wine (14)

Syns 35. 35/105

I've always flexi synned since doing sw & it seems to work for me as love a few tipples on the weekend!

I ran 2.5k at the gym this morning & 1 hour of Zumba.
 
Day 2 EE

Breakfast

Milk (1/2a)
Onion, tomatoes & mushroom omelette
toast (1b)
Cheese (1/2a)

Lunch

Fat free yoghurt with raspberries

Dinner

Chicken roast with sw roasties, parsnips, curly kale & carrots
Gravy (5)

Syns 5. 40/105

5k run! :)

Knackered after that! Managed to run it in 32 minutes which is pretty good for me!

Decided to start at a group on Wednesday, suoer excited as only ever done it from home! so i will carry in until my first official wi then start a fresh week.

Day 4... EE

Breakfast Tinned toms / eggs / mushrooms 2 toast (1b & 4) Brown sauce (2) Milk (1a)

Lunch Pasta n sauce cheese & broccoli Banana / apple

Dinner None still full from lunch!

Syns 6 59/105

5k run done, 28 minutes which is the fastest I've ever run it! Yippee
