Hi there, I lost weight on CD a few years ago. Since then I have struggled to maintain. I have come back to CD after months of struggling to keep the spiralling weight down - a few weeks ago I started Atkins and lost 4lbs in 2 weeks and got into ketosis but then fell of again and contacted my original CDC who mercifully agreed to see me.

I've been on CD since Thursday. I had been so desperate to start that I forgot about Easter and with everyone stuffing their face with chocolate - even though I don't like it I have struggled! Slipped up once on Friday (one slice of corned beef) but apart from that lost 3 lbs so far and hoping for more before my WI on Wed.

Wish I'd never left but at just managed to come back before ALL the weight came back on.

There seem to have been lots of changes since I did CD - looking forward to trying the porridge and I love the new strawberry tetras.

Thanks Abz, good luck with your journey. I wish I'd known about CD when I got married (10 years ago now -eek!) I would have loved to be a slimmer bride than I was. I had a peek at your dress and it is beautiful.

Congratulations for starting again - I'm doing the same but have really been struggling over easter - I'm off work too so too much time on my hands.

Keep up the good work and keep me posted.
