I've been a member on minimins for a while now :)
I lost 3st with sw then messed around with the usual diets ww, slim fast, Atkins etc. I did really well with a no sugar diet but that seems to have gone completely out of the window! Argggghg.
Anyhow.. I'm not sure how much I weigh now but I'm guessing I've put on around a stone :/ need to get back in control before it gets worse.

So, here I am.. Trying sw again. Tomorrow I will be shopping at Aldi to get some yummy food in :)

Oh, I thought minimins had closed down! Missed it loads!!
 
First weigh in and I'm 9st 8, not bad overall but I was 8st 5 at the beginning of this year!!

Food today

A- Milk
B- 2 sm wholemeal bread

Breakfast

Chopped pineapple
Coffee

Lunch

Chicken breast, salad (lettuce, carrot, tomatoes) Caesar dressing (1)

Dinner

2 quorn sausages (2) 2 boiled eggs, bacon, mushroom, beans and 2 slices of sm whole meal bread (hexb)

Grapes
2 cups options chocolate orange (4)
Mini marshmallows (2)

Good morning :) weather is awful down here today, so gonna have a day in with the kids. I always find it easier to stay on track at home so fingers crossed for another 100percent day.

A- milk
B- 35g bran flakes

Breakfast
Bran flakes with chopped strawberries, banana and milk

Lunch

Chicken salad again :) but this time I used a tablespoon of extra low fat Mayo (1) and a tablespoon of whole grain mustard (0.5) pepper
Spinach
Grated carrot and cucumber

Dinner

Salmon stir fry with mushrooms, chilli

Linessa pineapple yogurt (2.5)
Options hot chocolate (2)

Another day done :)

I'm finding it a bit hard this evening, most Saturday's I have snack food in front of the tv :/ so instead I had a hot chocolate and an apple.
Think I may need to go bed early with a book to stop myself eating biscuits lol

Another day in I suppose.. Think I'm gonna go on the treadmill and try burn some calories!

Bran flakes with chopped banana and pineapple

Chilli Brie and 4 cream crackers (10)
Prawns

Then it went a wrong :/

Glass of prosecco
4 mini milky ways
1 rich tea biscuit
5 maom sweets

Roast chicken
Veg
2 Yorkshire puddings

So instead of being mad at myself, I went on my treadmill and ran 6k! Hopefully that will cancel the junk out :)
