backed potatoes with cracked eggs

4 lg baking potatoes
5oz broc cut into small floretts
40z mushrooms sliced
8 eggs

Pre heat oven 200.
bake potatoes till skins crisp.
using buttery fry light add broc and mush to pan and cook for 3 mins.
when potatoes are cooked cut each in half, scoop most of flesh into bowl, stir in broc and mushrooms, season well.
spoon mixture back into skins, make a well in middle. place potatoes on baking tray then crack an egg into each well.
return to oven cook for 15 mins untill eggs have set.

ive just used the last of mine and have thrown away the tube.
cant remember if its called buttery fry light, but i got all three last time i went shopping, i think one was sun flower oil, one was olive oil and the other buttery.
I mainly shop in morrisons or tesco so one or the other, sorry i cant be more specific.
