bacon with no fat removed?

if the fat isnt removed from bacon roughly how many syns should i add? thanks x

For an accurate calculation you need to supply the nutritional information off the packet with weight given for that nutrional information.

Any fat is going to be quite high though.

ta hun, i had a bacon sald and realised there was fat on but i hadnt made it so just needed a rough estimate as to how many syns to mark up
