Bad day, Ive eaten


Hi its me again

I was at a training session at work which i didnt expect to last long but it went over and they laid on lunch.

I ended up consuming 3 quarters of a sandwich and some fresh fruit.

Ive come home feeling crap and have downed 2 litres of water. I'm back at work this evening so will be burning off what Ive consumed but still feeling crap about it.

I hope this wont have too much of an adverse effect on my weigh in on friday:wave_cry:

Bindi make sure you are taking your packs as well to keep up your nutrition.

Doubt if it will show up on Friday as any water retention caused by the carbs will be gone by then.
