Bad day today

Not feeling great today tummy very rumbly (sound like winnie the poo !)Very cold and shivery sort of achy all over too. My arithritis is in my back,knees and hips and they are really sore. Probably coming dwn with something (maybe man flu!!!) I just cant wait till I get my last shake and then it will be hot bath and bed,never mine the voice and britains got talent!!!:sick:
