Bad day yesterday


Back again - hey ho!
Yesterday was total pants for me.
Started off at circa 5:00am, when the kids woke up early shouting the place down, and then absolutley everything going "Pete Tong" from there on in!....
And what do I go and do, but eat myself silly, because I was feeling poo! ... just to make myself feel even more poo! :banghead:
Just what is it that makes people do that?... I ate four pieces of toast and four muslie bars all before 12:00 :doh: I mean, I haven't touched toast for 4 weeks, or those bars, and I go and do that. I'm really annoyed with myself, and today am back on the straight and narrow, which I find easier than refeeding I've decided. I'm going back to a solid week, and then going to try again :sigh:

So stupid I know, after I've come this far.... hey ho!
I've actually wonderd if not coming on here so much has made me slip slightly too.... I dont think I realised how much of a help this forum and you guys are :) xxxxx

Have to agree Toni, thats why im on here now hun! I feel awful today and refuse to eat! Everybody cheers you up here hun.
Emotional eating is a pain, i bought some tesco light cranberry biscuits yersterday with hardly any fat so i can snack on then when p***ed off! lol xxx

Don't let it get you down. The constant battle with food people who have been over weight have is just unreal. But the up side is its 99% physcological not the physical need for food. Its the old you who ate whether hungry or not trying to take over again. You have recognised it and are back on track. The toughest part of lipo is changing your life once you stop TFR!!!! I messed up big style last time I did it in 2005 (lost 3.5 stone and gained 4 stone by 2008). This time around I know the pit falls and I intend to keep it off!!!!! Keep the chin up Toni, today is a new day.
