Hey Hun :( I've had an awful week too, really bad in fact.

But today I woke up and thought what the heck am I doing! I understand it's so easy to go off plan and yet not so easy to get back on plan.

Draw a line and try and move on :)

Hi why dont you spend the evening writing down some menus you can stick to for next week including syn free snacks and some low syn cakes. thats what i do when i feel as if i may slip of the track:D

Me too :D Was off on Thursday for St Patrick's day so I booked the Friday off too, to have a long weekend. Needless to say lots of alcoholic beverages were consumed, and on Friday night I had one-third of a HUGE millionaire's shortbread (about 70 syns for the whole thing) so all my syns for the week were gone by Friday!! (My SW week runs from Thursday - Thursday) Not good!

I've been well behaved since then but I'm meeting a client in London on Wednesday, so what with the fact that I'm going to be leaving my house at 4am to get to the airport on time, and the fact that they are laying on lunch for me, I don't think it's going to be a SW friendly day :(

Plus I'm not going to be back on time for my WI on Wednesday night, so I'm going to have to go to a different group on the Thursday to weight in lol

Ah well, it's all onwards and upwards from here :D :D

I've had a bad couple of weeks and am hoping that trying something a bit different (going from red to EE) will help keep me on the straight and narrow....they say a change is as good as a rest so fingers crossed!

Get back on that wagon and I bet things won't turn out as bad as you expect!

Weekends are the killer for me also, Friday and or Saturday usually involve a social or a bottle of wine with hubby, and although i start out by telling myself, "just one or two" it never remains that way, and if we are out, the food usually involves a sauce of some kind, even from the healthier options, not good on the old Syns BUT i can say that i am looking at it with a syn value and i do stick to plan in the day leading to the event!

It's early days yet for me so i will have to watch my losses to see if this having a big effect!

That's the attitude!! God I hate that redeye flight outta Belfast City too, ugh...! Good luck for Wed, plenty of temptations no doubt!!

We must swap tips! I'm going from EE to red tomorrow, never done it before!! :)

So here's how I went off plan...

Fri - kept absentmindedly popping kids sweets into my gob/ had maggi chicken but forgot to take skin off doh, tried before eating but prob didn't get it all/ large glass rose/ packet Velvet Crunch/ caramel drizzle sauce on my latte

Sat - fish (minus 'most' of batter) but ate the handful of chips that came with it plus finished off kids chips/ more absentminded sweets/ more caramel drizzle sauce/ another large glass of wine

Sun - much better until hubby tells me after I ate my roast dinner stuffing that this week he used butter instead of water (usually water in mine) & also more white bread than normal.... Agggghhhhhhh. May he rest in peace

Big sigh.
