bad taste

anyone else getting a bad taste in their mouths? only thing i can describe it as is when i did meal replacement u cot a bad tast but that meant u were burning fat

Dont think i have ever noticed to be honest!! Well if it means your burning fat then its all good!!

I used to get that every day with Lighterlife .... I find that a breath spray helps charlotte... I get Boots own dry mouth spray, as it's not too minty x

u know what i mean then amy, i was suprised to get it on this diet when im actually eating :S ill just scrub the pegs abit more

yeah, it is a little strange, cos it's all to with being in 'ketosis' , maybe it's just an adjustment

i remember the whole ketosis thing on cambridge diet, used to get so excited the darker the little stick went lol
