i need bit of help.. forgot lunch today as id slept in and all there was baguette:sigh::sigh: i had it filled with ham and egg salad but does anyone know how many syns the baguette wud be?its the medium size one from cuisne de france?xx

You're looking at 21.5syns for an average 170g white baguette. So maybe half that so about 10ish syns i'd say?
