had forgotten about this recipe come up with it a couple of years ago after i use to make the full fat version not as thick as the real thing but a good replacement

3 eggs
200ml of semi skimmed milk ( 6 syns or He A )
a level teaspoon of instant coffee desolved in a little hot water
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
75 ml of whisky or you could use brandy( 7 1/2 syns )
6 to 8 table spoons of sweetner ( depending on taste )

put eggs in blender or whisk eggs with the milk till frothy,
add coffee and vanilla essence blend again
add whisky and sweetner and blend/ whisk again.
serve chilled
i store in fridge in a cocktail shaker it keeps for a couple of days to be honest its never lasted longer than that as i'v drunk it :)
