My OH loves big full breakfast omelettes with a small can of bakes beans in them. Basically, it's an omeletter with a small can of beans, mushrooms, chopped cherry tomatoes and bacon in there - and maybe even a quorn sausage. Yummy!

Hi,

Fry off an onion then add, chilli powder or paprika or some other spice to your taste. Throw in the beans and heat through. Makes a change to plain beans on your baked spuds, and you get a superfree in as well!

Mushy pea curry!
Fried onion and garlic, baked beans, mushy peas and passata and any curry spice you like
Blend if you want it smooth and add Quorn pieces/chicken/sausage- anything really.

Super speedy curry and yummy!
