I seen a recipe on the SW website for this and to be honest it looks really fit!

With the website only focusing on EE now I wanted some input.

I am assuming syns would come from the parmesan cheese and pinch of sugar it has in?

Can you have parmesan as a healthy extra A?

I dont use sweetners if I can help it so was going to measure sugar on a scale of 16 cals per teaspoon and try to make it 1 syn for the whole thing on a green day.

Last time I looked fat free cottage cheese was free on red/green days?
