I made the Spanish orange cake last weekend and it was lush. Im going to make it again but for group taster night.

has anyone made it???

I was wondering if it would work just aswell in cupcakes as it would be easier to share around the group. anyone tried this?

also I didn't make it with the topping (another story) so if i bake the cake part today does the topping need to be put on right away or can it wait till tomorrow at group? Just thinking that it might go soggy if i put it on right away?
