BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Hi. I recently made the syn free BBQ sauce which uses balsamic vinegar so guessing its free but want to double check.

I've used the syns online which says:

Vinegar, all varieties = Free

Would this include balsamic vinegar do you think? Just balsamic dressing is syns and I'm not sure what the difference is!!

Yes its free - always better to check syns before you eat though lol
