Balsamic Vineger

I am due to start Slimming World diet and I am busy preparing a salad tonight for lunch at work tomorrow. My question is I usually put a balsamic glaze on my salad and was wondering if I can still do this and still count it as free.

Balsamic vinegar is free but balsamic glaze would be synned sorry. By the way just for future reference questions about syns are better posted in the syn values sub forum. Makes it easier to find things and saves admin having to move threads xx
