Woke up this morning to find my skimmed milk was gone....humph!

I really can't drink coffee without a tiny splash of something and to wake me up in the morning I MUST drink coffee!!

So I used a banana shake and it was LUSSSSSSH!!

It really is the future. ;)

I am on TS. I don't think we're supposed to be having skimmed milk but i only have a tiny dash in a coffee on the odd morning.

I don't think it destroys the diet, i can't drink it black and i MUST have a morning coffee.
I think maybe if you were drinking lots of milk it wouldn't be so good?
