Bananas ordered way too many.

I've just had the shopping delivered and realised I've ordered 8 bags of bananas instead of 8 bananas, They are all quite green so should last a bit. Can anyone help suggest best ways to store so many to make them last? Best SW ways to use them? I know there free but is eating lots of bananas a good idea for weight loss? Any answers gratefully received. Thank you.

You can freeze them!

Banana bread/cake is my favourite but not a Sw friendly dish I'm afraid xx

If you keep them in brown paper bags they last longer too

Im sure there is a scan bran cake that involves banana.

Or try putting them into a curry?

Personally I could probably eat 8 bags of bananas. If not take them to group for SOW prize lol

Thank you, freezing is a good idea and I'd never of thought of adding them to a curry.x

They are gorgeous frozen but peel them first! Take a bag for slimmer of the week, and eat about 3 a day lol x

I'm an online member so not matter what happens I'm always SOTW in my house ! lol I will try freezing though when they are a bit riper.

Only a few left now! OH runs a martial arts gym and took a few down there and I've made the banana ice cream which is definitely a keeper. We're now down from 64 to 4 and not a single one wasted!
