Banksy girls food diary - get me back to target!!!

Hi All

Am rejoining group tonight as I have gone way out of target and am desperate to be back there! I am 30 in September and I am going to Cyprus the week after to celebrate so I want to be back there for then!!

Will update my start weight once I have been to group and will be posting my meals from tomorrow!! :D
 
Right went back to group last night and got lovely +8 in my book from the last time I got weighed, gutted!!

Treating today as if it is my first ever day on Slimming World, so here goes!! 16 weigh ins to lose 12lb should be easily doable - I hope! Here is my food for today:

Breakfast - Peaches, strawberries and raspberries topped with a Greek style strawberry yoghurt

Lunch - BNS and carrot soup with a portion of SW bacon and red onion quiche

Tea - Tandoori chicken skewers with rice, salad and mint yoghurt dip

Snacks - Banana and melon

HEXA - 3 babybel light
HEXB - 2 hifi light bars
Syns - 0


Thats all I have planned for now, will update later!

Morning diary!

Didn't end up having any syns yesterday, had saved them until the evening but I was so full from tea that I wasn't hungry so didn't want to eat for the sake of it! Today's food is looking like this:

Breakfast - overnight oats made with coconut Greek yoghurt and raspberries

Lunch - ham and egg salad with sweetcorn salsa and carrot sticks

Tea - quorn bbq fillet, homemade wedges, beans, babycorn and mangetout

Snacks - banana, fruit salad

HEXA - 3 babaybel light
HEXB - 35g porridge oats
Syns - tbsp garlic and herb dressing - 1

Just done an hour in the gym before work too so I am feeling good! Off to the pub tonight to catch up with the girls but am just sticking to diet coke. Have a fab Friday all xx

Morning diary!

Don’t really get much chance to come on at the weekend so will update the last 2 days food now:

Saturday

Breakfast – red onion and spinach omelette with cherry tomatoes and beans

Lunch – BNS soup, rosemary and red onion sausage and a pink lady apple

Tea – steak, sw chips, salad

HEXA – 40g reduced fat cheddar
HEXB – 2 hifi light
Syns – coconut and vanilla popcorn – 6

Sunday

Breakfast - red onion and spinach omelette with cherry tomatoes and beans

Lunch – rosemary and red onion sausages, sw chips and salad

Tea – ham, beans, activia yog, 2 satsumas

HEXA – 40g reduced fat cheddar
HEXB – 2 benefit bars
Syns – tbsp lighter than light mayo – 0.5, Bacardi and diet coke – 2.5, shapers bar – 4
Total – 7

(Went to a christening all afternoon/evening, hence the random tea, was starving when I got in but it was gone half 9 so just had that!! Resisted all buffet food and cake though – proud!!)

Will update today’s food later this afternoon, not sure what I am having for lunch and tea yet xx

Breakfast - overnight oats made with strawberry activia and raspberries, banana

Lunch - sweet chilli chicken, carrot sticks, 2 boiled eggs, melon pot, banana

Tea - diet coke chicken packed with red onion, peppers, babycorn, mangetout and sugar snap peas with rice

HEXA - 3 babybel light
HEXB - 35g porridge oats
SYNS - arla protein pot - 1, nakd nibbles - 7
Total - 8

Snacks - red lady apple, grapes

Today is looking like this so far:

Breakfast - overnight oats made with banana & custard muller light, 2 bananas

Lunch - turkey and ham subway salad, strawberries

Tea - red onion and spinach omelette, 2 low fat quorn sauasages, beans and sugar snap peas

HEXA - 40g reduced fat cheddar
HEXB - 35g porridge oats
SYNS - sweet onion sauce - 1.5, shapers bar - 4
Total - 6

Morning diary - its weigh day! Wish me luck!

Tea - chicken stir fry with rice

Lost 2.5 at weigh in last night yay! Pleased with that. Going camping tomorrow until Monday so booked next week as holiday as even thought I am planning to be as good as I can realistically be food wise, it will involve a lot of booze lol. Food today looks like this:

Breakfast - liberte muesli pot and a banana

Lunch - rosemary & red onion sausages, beans and boiled egg, fruit salad for after

Tea - tuna pasta with veg, topped with cheese

HEXA - 40g reduced fat cheddar
HEXB - 2 hifi light bars
Syns -liberte muesli pot - 2
Total -
