We have got a few nights out over the next 2 weeks and I'm very concerned about drinking. What are the lowest syn bar drinks? I'm not a big drinker anyway so I won't be having loads but I don't want to blown my syns on empty calories especially as the day after we are going to an American diner sort of place.

    Can anyone help? X

Hi Dipsy, I usually stick with Martini Ex Dry (2.5 syns) with a diet lemonade :)

Best thing to have is a single (25ml) spirit (2.5 syns) with a diet mixer, if you dont like drinking spirits then a small glass of wine topped up with soda water (makes it go further) which is around 5 syns.

i got told in group this week that taboo and diet lemonade is lower syns than vodka and diet lemonade.. haven't had chance to verify this though.

Oh no way! That sucks, I don't where else to suggest then, apart from local shops or co-op sometimes.
