    Hi Guys,

Hopefully I'm posting this in the correct section. I cant seem to find much info on this topic sprcifically.

About half a year ago I was on Lipotrim but quickly gave up because the flavours were awful especially for the soup. I was hanging on until the second week as I knew that I would be able to have bars then :) But when I tried the first one I gagged, they were awfull, tasted like salty cardboard.

Im on the Cambridge diet now, which is much better all the flavours are ok. I really like the tetras. But I get bars next week and im really scared that they'll be awfull!

    Has any one tried both?
Are the Cambridge Diet ones better?
Please let me know if you have tried both and what you thought of each?

    Lost 7lb so far :)

The bars are actually very good, I like the orange one with darkish chocolate around it chewy and actually quite nice....lot of others to try caramel, nutty all very edible and yes the lipotrim ones are not very nice at all infact vile - gagging on these and never actually finished one!

I am starting 100% Cambridge tomorrow have black coffee ready to add to shakes, water bottles at the ready and an appointment ready to book with my Cambridge lady. Wish me luck, my sister is joining me tomorrow and we are both doing this.

Hi yes bars are good, although they say not to start these for a couple of weeks, I start with my sister tomorrow and together 100% for as much weight loss until October as possible.

Hope to use this forum again as its a great support, have a few days of tetra packs and then first appointment with my Cambridge lady to start on the journey properly this time!

I did not like them at first they are very sweet, but compared to other trademarks they are actually kind of less chewy, more crunchy I would say.

The bars are OK, as others have said it's nice to chew something! In the past I have cut mine up into small pieces and eaten it throughout the day as a kind of snack. Have you tried the mousse mix - that really helps me, I feel like I eating something when I have that.

I didn't like the chewy bars either. Weird aftertaste! But some love them.

I also adored the porridge! Again some can't stand it.

The crunchy bars were defo the best! I have never tasted lipotrim bars but many have posted over the past few years that they are disgusting lol.

    Good luck!
